1. Scope

These Terms govern purchases and use of STAY ÉDIT, a self-serve digital commercial diagnostic for hotels, guesthouses, short-term rental properties and portfolios. The service is designed primarily for professional and business use. If you purchase as a consumer, mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

2. The product

The selected package is determined from the property type and size entered during the free diagnostic. The paid product includes 20 property-specific questions, an automated score, bottleneck and blind-spot analysis, a private report, a 30-day action plan and transactional progress emails on days 7, 14 and 30. The product and total one-time price are shown immediately before payment.

The diagnostic is generated from the information you provide. It is strategic and directional, not legal, tax, accounting, investment or regulated financial advice. It does not guarantee revenue, occupancy, ranking, valuation or any other commercial result.

3. Order and contract

You must provide accurate information, a valid delivery email and accept these Terms. Clicking “Order & pay” places an order with an obligation to pay. Payment is processed on Stripe’s hosted checkout. A contract is formed when payment is successfully confirmed. We send the order and delivery confirmation to the email you provided.

You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering into the contract. If ordering for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

4. Price and payment

Prices are displayed in euro and are the total amount due for the selected one-time product. The seller is not registered for VAT. No subscription or recurring payment is created. Card data is entered directly with Stripe and is not stored by us.

5. Immediate digital delivery

After payment, you return to STAY ÉDIT to complete the private diagnostic. Once submitted, the report is generated and a private access link is delivered by email. Delivery begins immediately at your express request made at checkout.

If you purchase as a consumer, you expressly acknowledge that any applicable 14-day withdrawal right for digital content ends once delivery begins after your prior consent. This does not remove statutory remedies if the digital content is defective, not supplied or not as described. See the Refund Policy.

6. Access and permitted use

You receive a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the report and included materials for the property or portfolio described in the order. You may share them internally with staff and professional advisers who need them. You may not resell, publish, reproduce for third parties, reverse engineer or use the product to create a competing diagnostic. Keep the private report link confidential.

7. Your responsibilities

• Provide lawful, accurate and current property information.
• Do not submit sensitive personal data, payment card details or confidential guest data in free-text fields.
• Use your own professional judgement before implementing recommendations.
• Maintain the confidentiality of the private report link and notify us if it is exposed.

8. Availability and support

We aim to provide reliable access but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. We may maintain, secure or update the service. If a technical problem prevents delivery, contact us and we will restore access, redeliver the product or provide the remedy required by law.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, intentional misconduct or mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or business decisions made solely from the automated diagnostic. For business customers, our aggregate liability arising from an order is limited to the price paid for that order.

10. Intellectual property

HOUSE OF ÉDIT, STAY ÉDIT, the diagnostic method, design, copy, scoring structure and materials are owned by or licensed to the provider. No ownership is transferred by purchase.

11. Privacy and communications

We process personal data as described in the Privacy Notice. Order confirmations and day 7, 14 and 30 emails are service communications forming part of the purchased product, not marketing subscriptions.

12. Governing law and complaints

Bulgarian law governs these Terms. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protection under the law of their habitual residence. Please contact us first at hello@houseofedit.studio. Consumers may also address the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission or another competent consumer authority. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts under applicable law.

13. Changes

The version accepted at checkout governs that order. We may update these Terms for future orders; the version and date will be displayed on this page and recorded with the order.
